I play a lot of Wraith Flash, I think it's a very fun and engaging playstyle for solo players, and was approaching my last Auraxium on it. However, after this patch the Wraith has become pretty much unusable for anything, really. sxxxx It's a bit of a nerf to chaining tank kills etc, but not really, since you're usually decloaked for a sxxxx seconds anyway, and frankly in most situations either you kill the target or the target kills you. You're in a freaking Flash after all, literally anything instagibs it. Even with maxed Wraith cloak, this means that pretty much anytime that it takes you longer than 10 seconds or so to stealth to the position that you want to reach, you're basically without a cloak as soon as you de-cloak because you just can't afford to re-cloak even after the 5 seconds have passed.
